Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Anne, founder of Just4Dogs.
I have spent my life completely devoted to animals. As a child, I was the one rescuing drowning insects from swimming pools on holiday. If I walk in the rain, I still stop to move worms to safety. And if I accidentally step on a snail, it genuinely ruins my day.
Horses and dogs have always been at the centre of my life. Ten years ago, I made the decision to leave a career in financial services and follow what truly mattered to me. I began working at a dog day care centre and quickly realised that what I thought was love for dogs was actually a calling. Working hands-on with them every day confirmed that this was where I belonged.
Last year, I took the next step and founded Just4Dogs — a premium dog walking and home dog sitting service for discerning owners in Richmond, Petersham, Ham, Kew, Chiswick and the surrounding areas.
Alongside running Just4Dogs, I am an assistant trainer at weekly puppy and junior classes and am currently undertaking formal training with PACT (The Professional Association of Canine Trainers). Continuing education is extremely important to me, ensuring the dogs in our care benefit from knowledgeable, modern and ethical handling.

At Just4Dogs, safety is not an add-on — it is the foundation of everything we do.
We walk a maximum of four dogs at any one time, often fewer, to ensure calm, structured and attentive outings. New dogs are initially walked in a secure enclosed space and fitted with a GPS tracker until they are fully comfortable and confident with their carer.
When travelling:
- Dogs are transported in crash-tested crates in our van
- Or secured with a canine seat belt and harness when travelling by car
Every member of the Just4Dogs team is:
- Carefully hand-selected
- Background checked
- Trained in Canine CPR and First Aid
- Chosen for their genuine love of dogs and experience in handling them
We understand that inviting someone to care for your dog — and often your home — requires complete trust. We take that responsibility seriously.
We also believe that caring for dogs should not come at the expense of the environment. Our dog walking van is 100% electric, helping reduce our impact while serving our local community.
